This award highlights the accomplishments of privately owned companies with the entrepreneurial spirit to succeed and excel in an aggressive economy. On September 25th, 2009, Commdex will take a familiar walk through national recognition at the Awards Ceremony in Washington, D.C., where the company will accept an award for an encore performance of their rapid growth year after year. Each year, Inc. 5,000 companies are chosen based upon their percentage growth in company net sales over a five-year period. This year, Commdex Consulting ranked No. 25 amongst the top 50 fastest growing telecommunications firms - nationwide. Headquartered in Norcross, GA, Commdex is an engineering firm specializing in wireless systems integration. Established in 2000, this relatively young firm has had no problem commanding the evolutions of a new, exciting millennium as it has vigorously packed volumes of achievement in less than a decade’s time. Just a few years ago, Commdex looked at the map of the U.S. in speculation, preparing to enter a large frontier of unexplored states. Today, having implemented mission critical systems in over 40 states, the map has been turned gold with company’s Midas touch. “Having founded Commdex only 10 short years ago, we are extremely honored to be recognized once again by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing small businesses in the US. This recognition is truly a testament to the mission critical telecommunications industry's demand for full service systems integration expertise that Commdex delivers,” said Prince Niyyar, CEO and President of Commdex. Commdex is completely debt-free, so there are no anchors hindering growth and no burden to slow its progress. The company has incredible agility and powerful momentum, so with a powerful vision and skillful execution, what can stand in the way? Luck clearly is not a factor for a company as it has already managed to grow its revenues by another 140% in 2009 while national economy is in the middle of a major recession. They say that “the third time’s the charm,” so Inc. magazine might as well save a seat for Commdex for next year, because there are two things that Commdex can engineer exceptionally well—mission critical telecommunications systems and success. A rapidly growing wireless systems integrator, Commdex provides a comprehensive portfolio of services for the telecommunications market, from consulting to engineering. The company has succeeded at the local and state level, gaining a diverse range of customers and partners, and the exceedingly positive survey responses confirm Commdex’s service quality. The survey questioned a variety of factors, such as customer motives for choosing Commdex, service satisfaction level, customer recommendations, and overall value of the business experience. Question styles varied in approach: some directed measurable responses while others invited customer creativity in open responses. However, regardless of the question, responses were consistent in commendation and positivity. For example, when customers were asked why they chose Commdex, 80% were motivated by the value it provides, while for only 12% of the customers indicated that lowest price was their deciding factor. In terms of service quality, all the customers reported being from satisfied to extremely satisfied, and when asked the question “would you recommend Commdex to others?” they chorused a unanimous “yes.” Some open questions provided customers the opportunity to comment freely on any particular quality(s) that stood out in the delivery of Commdex’s services. A range of responses followed, from general tributes to the company’s character, such as their “can-do attitude,” to more specific claims of the company’s skills, such as their “ability to customize services to the needs of the client.” Despite customer creativity in the responses, some common verbiage appears throughout: “experience,” “professionalism” and “expertise.” When asked to comment on the overwhelmingly positive results, President of Commdex, Prince Niyyar said, “Even though Commdex cannot improve a perfect 100% customer satisfaction rating, we will do everything we can to maintain it.
