Commdex Awarded US Coast Guard Contract

Atlanta, GA, September 19th, 2018 – The US Coast Guard (USCG) has awarded Commdex a task order as part of the ongoing Tower Multiple Award Construction Contract (TMACC). This award marks another major milestone in Commdex’s ongoing effort to further expand its presence as a premier provider of telecom and infrastructure solutions to the Federal government.

Commdex will provide inspection and minor repair of Aids to Navigation (ATON) structures and towers at multiple locations in the United States. The purpose of these inspections is to evaluate structural integrity and to detect and report conditions before they become safety, structural or maintenance problems for Coast Guard personnel. Commdex, along with its tower and construction crews, will mobilize to USCG sites located in California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska for this endeavor, which is set for completion in early 2019.

Prince Niyyar, Commdex’s President said, “We are excited for another opportunity to support the US Coast Guard on this critical effort to ensure the safety of their people and assets. We are laser-focused on delivering our “Gold Standard” for tower services and we are committed to exceeding our valuable client’s expectations throughout this engagement, from start to finish.”
