DOI selects Commdex to assist with Telecommunications maintenance and support

Atlanta, Ga, September 17, 2019 – Commdex has been selected by the Office of The Chief Information Officer for the Department of the Interior (DOI)  to assist the Telecommunications Services Division with maintenance and support for the DOI’s department wide administrative Automated Data Processing (ADP) systems supporting the functions of budget, procurement and contracts, personnel management/payroll, finance and accounting, E-Government, and other general administrative services.

Commdex is tasked with telecom maintenance and support for the DOI existing communications system infrastructure. Commdex will support multiple facilities but will mostly be stationed onsite at the Main Interior Building in Washington, DC. Commdex will staff a field engineer who holds an advance voice data certification, as well as a telecommunications analyst, and a telephone operator. The task order duration is set for one base year with four option years.
