USBP selects Commdex for Communication Equipment Upgrades Nationwide
Atlanta, GA, July 23rd, 2020 – The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has tabbed Commdex to provide consolette and deskset equipment, materials, and supplies to facilitate a nationwide equipment replacement project. The equipment upgrade is aimed to bolster the communications capabilities in many of the CBP Sectors throughout the nation. This award is a significant win for Commdex as it continues to be a premier provider of telecommunication systems for the Department of Homeland Security on the DHS TACCOM II contract.
Commdex is providing the CBP all the equipment, materials, and supplies needed to upgrade these facilities; from the All Band Base Station Radios to the cable management supplies needed for installation. The work is currently underway and is slated to be fulfilled by Fall 2020.
