Order thresholds: $2M in year one, $10M in year two, uncapped from year three forward.
Set-Aside and Socioeconomic Options:
Commdex holds Categories B and C as a small business. For task orders that need to count toward an 8(a) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) goal, Commdex teams with Black Marlin Ventures, a certified 8(a) and SDVOSB firm, to deliver under Category C.
Period of Performance:
SEWP VI runs a 10-year ordering period from each contract’s effective date. Orders placed before expiration may extend up to 60 months past it for delivery and performance.
How to Order:
No additional competition is required to use this vehicle. Your contracting office issues an RFQ or delivery order directly to Commdex, citing the SEWP VI contract number and the applicable category. Orders can be structured as Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Labor Hour, or a hybrid.
