Prince Niyyar is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Commdex Consulting, LLC. Since founding Commdex in 2001, Prince has led the company from a startup to a recognized national leader in wireless communications technology, with operations in over 23 states. Under Prince’s leadership, Commdex has been recognized by:

He has spoken as an invited guest at FCC Headquarters and on talk shows like “Thrive America” and “Business Leader Radio” and he frequently presents at business conferences. Governor Casey Cagle as the “Small Business Person of the Year”  Prince was also Gwinnett Chamber’s “Business Person of the Year”, and was honored with the “Pinnacle Award.

Prior to founding Commdex, Prince served many years as a consultant for Fortune 100 telecom companies like Motorola, AT&T and Sprint.  Prince holds a Masters degree in Engineering from University of Cincinnati and is a registered Professional Engineer and Certified Professional Manager.

Chuck Bethea is the Vice President of Capture at Commdex. He is currently responsible for the company’s revenue generation efforts through the development of strategic plans to nurture new and existing business relationships, and identify new sales channels and markets within commercial, federal, state, and local segments. In this critical role, Chuck manages the origination and execution of proposals and contracts ensuring full compliance with all procurement regulations, and the negotiation of contract terms and conditions. Among his many leadership duties, he is also focused on operational planning, reporting and the optimal deployment of all engineering operations for Commdex, including pre-sales design support and system deployment functions.

Prior to moving into his current role, Chuck served as Vice President of Operations for Commdex, where he managed all company operations including engineering, project management and construction. He was responsible for managing department budget and resource assignments. Chuck also worked closely with the sales team to develop strategy and customer solutions.

Before joining Commdex, Chuck served as an active duty member in the United States Air Force, specializing in aircraft guidance and communications systems. Upon leaving the US Air Force, he began work in mission critical communications with Motorola as an engineer. During his 10-year tenure with Motorola, he served as a subject matter expert for Project25 and IP networking systems, and moved into program management within the Strategic Projects team.

Chuck holds a BSEE from Clemson University, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

John M. Zayance is Vice President of Operations for Commdex Consulting. He is currently responsible for all system integration related functional disciplines including project management, post sales engineering, construction, installation & commissioning, network integration/optimization, technical support and customer service. In addition John is driving strategic initiatives around Operational Excellence, Quality and Vendor Management. As part of the Operational Excellence initiative he is tasked to build, lead and scale a high performing team for Commdex to deliver Mission Critical Networks into the future.

Prior to joining Commdex in 2017 John held senior level leadership positions for Nortel Networks, Aviat Networks and Ericsson over a 20 year career in Telecom. His experience included the support of regional, national and global customer accounts such as AT&T, VzW, Motorola, Qwest, ALLTEL, MTN and Globe. John possesses a unique blend of business acumen and operations experience across a broad technology base overlaid with a strong quality and financial discipline. He has demonstrated the ability to successfully deliver complex programs of greater than $70M and an ongoing project portfolio of 100 plus individual projects.

John has an Advanced Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor Degree in Business from Detroit College of Business. He holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and IT Service Management Professional (ITIL) certifications as well as being a Six Sigma Green Belt. He also proudly served as an Officer in the US Navy/Navy Reserve.

I am a HR enthusiast who loves partnering with leadership to establish and continuously improve culture and employee experience. With over six years’ experience in human resources, I have a broad knowledge of HR processes. Employees success is the driving force behind my passion and energy.
Over the last 3 years, I have been responsible for supporting global early-stage companies providing guidance and support on strategic HR operational initiatives with a key focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, Capability Development, Legal Compliance and Cost & Resource Optimization in Software Product Based Companies. This exposure has allowed me to understand how these functions should collectively operate to deliver maximum value.

Currently employed as HR Manager at Commdex, where I manage the onboarding of new employees and support the overall management of the HR function. I also serve as the first point of contact for advice on policies and procedures as well as handle employee relations.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Science from the University of Georgia. I frequently attend HR conferences and I am passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, and volunteering with local animal shelters.

I am Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively at all levels; manage competing priorities, and adapt readily to new challenges.

Tracy Williams is the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President Finance at Commdex. He is responsible for developing and executing the inorganic growth initiatives at Commdex, including key partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions. Areas of focus include driving long term strategic design, pursuing potential enhancements to Commdex’s portfolio of capabilities, managing and expanding capital resources and aiding with external communications with the company’s stakeholders.

Tracy Williams has over 30 years corporate development, finance and management experience. Tracy’s earlier career included investment and commercial banking roles at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Wachovia Bank, N.A., State Bank & Trust and KeyBank. In his banking career, he held various roles such as Market President for key markets and investment professional supporting strategic planning, Board of Directors governance, and acquisitions of portfolio companies. His background also includes the Army Reserves, SEC licensure, Wharton Certification in M&A, the Certified Treasury Professional designation and he holds an MBA in Finance and Management.

Tracy received his BBA, and MBA at Florida A&M University and later received his Executive Education Certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Leon Fairley is Controller at Commdex Consulting. He is responsible for all of the finance and accounting functions within Commdex. Leon is responsible for implementing financial systems and processes in support of Commdex’s growing corporate and operational needs.

Leon brings over 20 years of financial management experience within various industries. Prior to joining Commdex, Leon held several financial management positions at Schneider Electric, Smurfit-Stone, MeadWestvaco, Mead, and Georgia Pacific.

Leon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
